Sew the strap onto the shoe, from the outside of the leg to the end of the strap we sew the “strawberry” button.

We knit the right leg in the same way, but we do not tighten or cut the bodily thread in the last 40th row of knitting, it will come in handy further.

4. TAURUS.

To the right leg, where we left the loop loose in the last row of knitting, we attach a white thread (the bodily one can be cut off), dial 3 CH and connect it to the left leg.

5. TIGHTENING.

First, using colored pins, we make markings for eye tightening.

1) We count 17 rows of SC down from the crown and put a blue pin in the center of the protruding part of the head.

2) We count from the blue pin 5 SC to the left and 2 SC up, put a green pin (point).

3) We count from the green pin (point) 1 SC up and put the purple pin (point).

4) We count from the blue pin (point) 5 SC to the right and 2 SC up, put a red pin (point).

5) We count from the red pin (point) 1 SC up and put the pink pin (point).

6) In the last row of knitting the head, put a yellow pin (point) perpendicular to the blue pin.

We make an eye tightening using a long needle and a nylon thread (or fishing line) as follows: we insert the needle at the yellow point, withdraw it at the green point, again insert the needle at the purple point and withdraw it at the pink point, then insert the needle at the red point and bring it out to the open head hole. We tighten the thread slightly, tie the ends into several knots and hide them in the open hole of the head.

 6. REGISTRATION.

PART 1. EYES.

1) Cut out two blanks for the eyes from white felt, look at the shape in photo 1.

Note! Those who crocheted No. 3 from threads similar in density to those indicated by me, the size of the felt details is about 30 * 28 mm. The rest adjust the size of the eyes visually to the size of the resulting head.

2) We make small cuts in the center of the resulting blanks.

3) We insert green (or blue) eyes-pupils with a diameter of 25 mm into the incisions.

4) We try on the resulting eyes on the head.

5) Sew on the felt details of the eyes with brown “Iris” or “Mouline” threads with small stitches with an overcast seam.

6) We smear the pupils of the eyes on the back with transparent superglue and glue.

Note! If you have eyes with a foot or a screw in the back, you do not need to cut them down. Stretch the loop on the head where the pupils should be, and insert the leg or screw inside the head, then glue the pupil. This will keep the eye more secure.

7) On the edge of the eye, glue false eyelashes with transparent superglue.

PART 2. NOSE AND EYEBROWS.

We go down from the inner corner of the eyes 1 SC down and with flesh-colored threads embroider a nose 2 – 3 SC wide, make 3 – 4 stitches.

We embroider the contour of the nose with brown “Iris” or “Mouline” threads.

We rise from the upper edge of the eye 2 SC up and embroider small eyebrows with brown “Iris” or “Mouline” threads.

PART 3. LIPS.

We step back from the nose 2 rows of SC down and embroider the sponges with thick red threads. First we embroider the contour of the lips, then fill the space inside the embroidered contour with horizontal / vertical stitches, apply the satin stitch technique.

If you wish, you can embroider a smile with thin red threads “Iris” or “Mouline”.

4. EARS.

We count from the crown of 17 rows SC down and in the middle of the head on the sides with a chain stitch we embroider the contour of the ear (see photo 1). We do not cut the thread, but for the obtained loops we knit SC, thus we get ears.

If desired, tint the face with pink dry pastel.

7. HAIR. PART 1.

First, we make markings on the head, designate the future “hairline”. To do this, take brown threads “Iris” or “Mouline thread” and embroider “hair growth lines” with large stitches.

We make a hair blank from terracotta yarn (or any other that you have chosen for the hair).

We take any rectangular object with a height / width of 30 cm, wrap it in height / width with threads, then cut the threads from one edge with scissors. The resulting hairs are approximately 60 cm long.

Note! We harvest the hair as needed, so as not to spoil the extra strings.

How to attach hair to the head, we look in the next part on the wall.

7. HAIR. PART 2.

We fix the hair. We attach the hair to the head like a fringe: holding the hook in the direction “from the crown of the head”, insert it under the SC, grab the hair folded in half, pull out the loop, thread the ends of the hair into the pulled loop, tighten.

Thus, we first fix the hair along the contour of the “hairline”, then fill in all the space inside these lines.

Note! Hair should be tied under each SC, but over 2 rows of SC.

Sew the head to the body.

We do our hairstyle: we divide the hair with a parting into 2 parts, we make two tails, we braid the tails into braids, we tie red satin ribbons 2.5 cm wide.

8. BANDING.

We knit the base with green threads, a hook for basic knitting (I have number 3).

1 row: we cast on 75 CH + 1 CH, from the second from the hook of the loop we knit along the chain 75 SC, CH, turn (75)

Note! Try on the chain around the circumference of your pupa’s head, add or subtract the amount of CH in the chain if necessary.

2 – 3 row: 75 SC, CH, turn (75)

After the 3rd row, we do not cut the thread, we tie the base of the bandage along the contour with a “crustacean step”, making at the end on the right side a loop for a button of 5 CH, at the end of knitting we tighten the thread, cut it off, hide the end.

Sew a “strawberry” button on the left end of the bandage. Amigurumi strawberry doll

To make the rims of the glasses even, take any round object with a diameter of 4.5 cm and wrap the wire around this object.

The distance between the rims is 1 cm.

After the wire blank is ready, we take the super-glue, spread it on the ends of the arms and tightly wrap the wire with green thread over all glasses.

The glasses are ready! You can put them on a doll.
