Sew the head to the body. Attach the arms to the body with a thread fastening.

With yellow yarn, cast on 60 loops on #3 double-pointed needles. Close in a circle, knit 22 rows, close the loops.

Sew the edges, turn inside out:

Pull the ties through the rows with a needle as in the photo:

Sew pompoms to the ties.

I suggest making the pompoms on a fork.

Wind the yarn on the fork as in the photo:

Pull the thread between the teeth with a needle, tie the thread in the middle.

Remove from the fork, tighten the thread, make a knot. Cut on both sides:

Fluff, cut the long threads, trim the pompom with scissors.
