Fasten off the yarn, leave a long tail for sewing, and cut the yarn.
Return to Round 12, where we worked in back loops only, and add a border. Join white yarn.
Option 1: Crochet 16 sc.
Option 2: (ch 2, sl st) repeat to the end of the round.
Fasten off and hide the yarn tail inside the piece.


Unicorn Leg
(continued in main color, working in back loops)

Stuff the piece halfway. Fold the leg flat and crochet 7–8 sc through both layers.

Return to Round 9, where you worked in back loops, and add a border using a contrast color. Join the yarn at the back and:
Option 1: 16 sc to the end of the round.
Option 2: (ch 2, sl st) repeat to the end of the round.
Fasten off and hide the yarn tail inside.
Snout
Use cream yarn for the unicorn and brown yarn for the horse.
1: Chain 6, then crochet: 4 sc, 3 sc in the last ch. Work on the other side of the chain: 4 sc, 3 sc in the last st (14)

Make 15 strands, 5 in each color.
Mane – Horse
Make 15 strands, each 40 cm long.
Also prepare two strands of black yarn like for the unicorn.
Sculpting the Eyes
Insert the needle at the bottom of the head, where the head meets the neck.
Bring the needle out to the outer corner of one eye.
Insert it back in at the outer corner of the opposite eye. The thread should pass under the eyes.
Pull tight and make a knot. Repeat for the second eye.
Second step:
Insert the needle at the neck/head junction.
Bring the needle out at the inner corner of the eye. Pull and knot tightly. Repeat for the other eye.


Amigurumi Horse & Unicorn Assembly Instructions
Sew on the snout. Lightly stuff it before attaching.
Embroider the whites of the eyes, eyelashes, and eyebrows.
Sew on the ears between Rounds 7–8, folding each ear in half.
Then sew the ears again 2 rounds higher for a more secure fit.
Attach and sew the horn.
Sew the arms between Rounds 28–29.
Sew the legs between Rounds 10–11.
Attaching the Mane and Tail
Use the same method for both:
Fold a strand of yarn in half.
Pull the loop through the stitch on the head or body.
Pull the ends through the loop and tighten to form a knot.
Repeat for all strands.
